I am Portuguese, live in Lisbon and hope this is not a problem for you, because I've already lived in Los Angeles, ca., and know a lot of people there who might be interesting in joining your cause. At least they are closer.All I have to do is to let them know you exist and they will come to you, at least I hope so.
In my personnal case I am far away and I am very sensitive to the cause of unwanted, negleted, rejected, abused children and teenagers, but I have no professional expertise on these matters. I intend to create a foundation to provide assistance and a home for them. I have everything to learn about children's real problems and count on you and your site to be a school for me. Indirectly, you may be helping other children in a near future in a far away country like Portugal. What do you say?
